Six mandates. One account.

Each mandate below covers its challenge, how we ran it, the progress and the business outcome.

01

Performance creative

BSC Content Engine

1,000+ creatives a month. 25% higher ROAS.

Performance creative · Testing · Scale

1,000+Creatives / month
25%ROAS lift
01Dedicated engine

A dedicated YOSO vertical built to turn paid-media signals into a faster, higher-performing creative pipeline.

Challenge

Paid media needed more winning creative, faster.

BSC’s performance engine consumed creative at a pace a traditional campaign workflow could not sustain. Fatigue raised costs before replacement assets were ready.

How we made it

We built a creative operation around the ad account.

  • Dedicated pod

    One team focused on BSC

Delivery management, editors and creative pods working as one unit.

  • Variant system

    Families of creatives, not one-offs

Hooks and formats could be tested and compared systematically.

  • Feedback loop

    Performance informed production

What won, tired or failed shaped the next sprint.

  • Scale

    1,000+ assets every month

Consistent output without restarting the process for every campaign.

Result

More creative volume. Better return on spend.

The engine scaled production to 1,000+ creatives every month and contributed to a reported 25% increase in ROAS.

Founder media

The Barbershop with Shantanu

From founder conversations to national coverage.

We built the podcast as a complete production and distribution system, designed to grow Shantanu’s founder brand far beyond each long-form episode.

Challenge

Strong conversations. No distribution system.

A weekly long-form upload could create depth, but not enough frequency. Each episode needed to reach founders, operators and future customers well beyond the podcast audience.

  • The gap

    One episode, one publishing moment

Strong conversations were not being extended across the week.

  • The business need

    Build Shantanu’s founder brand

Turn access and expertise into consistent public visibility.

How we made it

One recording. A complete content system.

YOSO owned the episode from format and production to the platform-specific assets that carried it across the internet.

  1. Produce

    Format, guests, shoot and edit

  2. Find the moments

    5 to 6 high-interest clips per episode

  3. Package

    Hooks, titles, thumbnails and captions

  4. Distribute

    YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Production

    End-to-end episode ownership

Editorial direction, shoot management, post-production and publishing assets.

  • Distribution

    Different platform, different packaging

The same clip was not blindly reposted everywhere.

  • Personal brand

    Shantanu became the recurring face

Founder insights were made accessible beyond long-form viewers.

  • Earned media

    Stories designed to travel

High-interest moments created material journalists could pick up organically.

Progress

From episodes to a founder-media engine.

  • Build

Established the show format and end-to-end production workflow.

  • Expand

Created a repeatable clipping and distribution rhythm around every episode.

  • Compound

Used the growing content library to strengthen Shantanu’s authority and recurring reach.

  • Earn

Converted high-interest social stories into organic national media pickup.

Result

The audience grew. The press followed.

The Barbershop grew to 410K followers, while stories from the wider Shantanu content ecosystem generated 300M+ impressions and 2M+ engagements.

  • Audience

    410K show followers

    A founder-media property, not a one-off content series.

  • Reach

    300M+ ecosystem impressions

Across Shantanu’s wider founder content, the show included.

  • Engagement

    2M+ ecosystem engagements

Evidence of content travelling beyond passive viewing.

  • PR

    Organic national coverage

Earned through the stories, not a paid media-relations programme.

03

Regional content

Vernacular at scale

One BSC voice across 10+ languages.

Native writing · Regional distribution · 100+ videos

10+Languages
100+Videos / month*
NativeWriting model

A regional-content system built around native references and platform behaviour, not word-for-word translation.

Challenge

Translation could change the language. Not the relevance.

BSC needed regional scale without losing humour, context or brand voice.

How we made it

We rebuilt the work around native writers.

  • Write

    Native scripts

Ideas shaped around regional references and speech patterns.

  • Adapt

    One brand, local expression

Core positioning stayed consistent while execution changed.

  • Produce

    Repeatable regional pipeline

Volume managed inside the same content engine.

  • Learn

Regional hooks fed the wider system

Winning ideas could inform English creative too.

Result

Regional content became a testing ground, not a translation layer.

BSC content expanded across 10+ languages while maintaining one recognisable brand voice.

04

Brand management

100 Days

The brand management engine behind 100 Days.

Strategy · Planning · Creative direction

01Brand system
Always-onManagement
End-to-endCreative oversight

YOSO manages how 100 Days presents itself, bringing strategy, planning and creative direction into one consistent brand operation.

Challenge

A business with many capabilities needed one clear brand.

100 Days operates across commerce and growth. Its own communication needed to make that value easy to understand and consistent across every touchpoint.

How we made it

We turned brand management into an ongoing operating rhythm.

  • Strategy

Clarify what the brand should stand for

Sharper messages around the company’s own value.

  • Planning

    Build the content calendar

Priorities translated into an organised publishing rhythm.

  • Creative direction

    Keep the output recognisable

Quality and consistency managed across formats.

  • Feedback

    Review, refine and improve

Continuous oversight instead of isolated campaign delivery.

Result

One clearer, more consistent 100 Days brand.

The work gives 100 Days a managed brand presence instead of disconnected content execution.

05

New venture

RE Fitness

From launch to growth: running RE end to end.

Brand launch · Content · Ongoing management

0→1Venture launch
FullCreative stack
OngoingManagement

YOSO is helping BSC move into fitness by building the brand, launching it and managing the work that follows.

Challenge

BSC was entering a new category. The brand had to start with clarity.

RE needed more than launch assets. It needed a coherent identity, story, content system and go-to-market operation.

How we made it

We built the launch, then stayed to run the engine.

  • Position

    Define the category story

Make RE’s role in fitness clear from day one.

  • Build

Create the brand and content system

    Identity, messaging and launch-ready creative.

  • Launch

    Take the story to market

Channels and campaign execution working together.

  • Manage

    Own the work after launch

Ongoing content and growth execution instead of a hand-off.

Result

A new BSC venture launched with one team accountable for the whole journey.

RE demonstrates YOSO’s ability to move from agency execution into full venture-building responsibility.

06

Full-stack launch

The Anandi Fellowship

The full-stack engine behind Anandi’s pan-India launch.

Website · Content · Media · CRM · Operations

7Test cities
1CrSeed opportunity

From the website and landing pages to content, performance, CRM and applicant operations, YOSO built the entire journey from awareness to application.

Challenge

Find India’s best young entrepreneurs, and get them to apply.

A new fellowship needed national awareness, credible positioning and a frictionless applicant journey. Interest alone was not the outcome; qualified applications were.

How we made it

We built every step between discovery and application.

  1. Discover

    Content, social and influencers

  2. Understand

    Website and landing pages

  3. Convert

    Performance and CRM

  4. Process

    Applicant operations

  • Digital product

    Website and landing-page system

Programme, eligibility, rewards and application journey in one place.

  • Content

    Launch story and social strategy

Make an unfamiliar fellowship easy to understand and worth applying for.

  • Growth

    Influencers and performance marketing

Take the opportunity to relevant students across India.

  • Operations

    CRM, partnerships and applicant management

Connect demand generation to the actual selection pipeline.

Progress

One connected funnel, not seven disconnected vendors.

  • Build

Created the website and conversion-focused landing pages.

  • Launch

Rolled out the content, social and influencer strategy.

  • Acquire

Used performance marketing to drive qualified student interest.

  • Nurture

    Managed applicant communication through CRM.
