You onlystart once.

The name is the argument. A brand that restarts every quarter isn't four years old. It's one quarter old, four times over. Everything we've built exists to stop that.

Why we started.

Before YOSO, Ashish and Diksha spent 7 years working on/with brands and startups. They kept noticing the same thing.

A brand would get its moment: a post that flew, a launch that landed, a founder video everyone shared. Then the quarter ended, the brief changed, and whatever had worked was forgotten. The next quarter started from zero, and the next hit cost more than the last.

Nobody was short of talent or ideas. What was missing was memory: a way to keep what really worked (amidst all the variables) and use it again.

So, in 2022, they started YOSO to be that memory. One team that runs a brand's content, ads, films and founder voice as one system, and every lesson carries into the next brief. Four years and 100+ brands later, that's still the whole job.

Work with usShow us your work and tell us which team you'd join.

How we work. In pods.

  • Who

Cross-functional pods, a delivery team beside the creative one.

  • When

10:00 standup, the calendar approved a week ahead, a one-hour response to bad news.

  • What we won't do

No vanity metrics, nothing weak goes out, written notes after every call.

What we hold ourselves to.

  • Over-communicate. Notes go out after every call.

  • Better to send nothing than weak strategy.

  • Hygiene first, then the promised date, then quality.

  • If half a deck has no visuals, it doesn't go out.

  • Every account keeps a living document.

  • Automate the mundane. Use the time to think.
