Your next hitshould cost lessthan your last.

For D2C founders and growth teams: content, creative and distribution run as one system, so what wins once keeps winning.

Why D2C growth keeps resetting.

A winning ad fatigues. A launch fades in a fortnight. The founder's best post gets one good week. Each time, next quarter starts from zero, and the next hit costs more than the last.

Your category all sounds the same.

Every brand runs the same hooks and the same offer, so discount becomes the only lever left to pull.

The feed gives your product two seconds, not minutes.

Purchase intent doesn't exist until someone explains why this product is different, and a product shot can't do that.

How it played out at Go Zero ↗

Your founder has standing, but no stage.

The most credible voice in the company posts twice a year, while the people you want to reach are researching the founders.

How it played out at FanToPark ↗

Six surfaces. One Decode.

One team runs all six for your brand. When something works in one, the other five pick it up, and that's how a hit becomes a habit.

  1. Instagram

The brand's daily voice, and the first place a new hook gets read by real customers.

  2. Performance creative

Variant families at volume, tested hard and retired the day the numbers say so.

  3. Ad films

Hero films and launch spots, built on hooks that have already earned their place in paid.

  4. Leadership brand

Founders and leaders on LinkedIn and Instagram, saying what only they can say.

  5. Owned IP

Shows and formats the brand owns. Shoot today, full episode live in 2 days (we mean it!), then a month of cuts from it.

  6. Distribution

Paid and organic, run by the team that made the work, so the account writes the next brief.

Every asset is scored against the number it was meant to move, and the score writes the next brief.

How Decode works

Work that repeats.

Anyone can show their best week. We show month one against month nine, because a habit only shows up over time.

A founder's name is the fastest-compounding asset a company owns. One capture block a month.

Four of these are written up in full. The other two we'll walk you through on a call. Ask about any of them ↗

Bombay Shaving Company runs six mandates through one YOSO team, from performance creative to new ventures. This is what that looks like at full volume.

Publish the ceiling floor.

Three rules for every case study we publish. Hold us to them.

Never lead with the best asset

Every agency leads with its best post. For a repeatability claim, the stronger evidence is a median that rose and a variance that narrowed. Outliers appear labelled as outliers.

The learning does the selling

Two or three findings, each with what we changed and what it did. At least one has to contradict our opening strategy. A loop that only confirmed its first guess wasn't a loop.

Name what didn't move

One anti-vanity line per study, plus an honest paragraph on what we got wrong.

We also make content for the funds that back these brands.
